When did you know that you will play? Were you excited?
“The Manager told me about it last night. I prepared just as for a normal game. The excitement was not exactly nerve-wracking”.
What was the most difficult moment for you?
“At the beginning of the second half, when the initiative went with the opposition, when they controlled the ball more. However, our defenders hardly gave them a chance to break through on goal”.
What did Yuri Lodygin say to you before a match?
“He just wished me luck”.
How are you feeling about such a debut for Zenit, especially after returning to St. Petersburg?
“Now not a lot, I feel fine. When you play in the evening you have a long wait for the match, and it consumes all your energy. I wake up tomorrow and only then understand everything”.
Did your Brother have any special words for you?
“He was at the match today as far as I know. Well, yesterday he also wished me good luck”.

“No, I was just playing, he considered it necessary in certain episodes.
